- Developed hybrid power purchase agreement / lease financing model for public / private partnership to fund $100 million of solar PV projects for the City of San Francisco;
- Placed $1.5 million bridge loan and $40 million wind turbine financing facility for project developer in British Columbia;
- Developed capital structure for a $5.6 million organic dairy processing facility purchase;
- Developed business plans, financial models, and management tools for a publishing client and a beverage client for use in fundraising negotiations with debt and equity investors.
