Anthony Chang
Anthony Chang has more than six years of commercial lending experience. At Lenders for Community Development (“LCD”), a community development bank that invests capital into low-income communities, Anthony is Director of Small Business Lending. In his tenure at LCD, he helped increase business loan production 400% by creating new marketing channels, exploring strategic partnerships with banks and community organizations, and developing new products that better serve client needs. In addition to directing sales & marketing and underwriting loans, his other responsibilities at LCD have included managing a portfolio of 200+ clients, developing new underwriting guidelines and streamlined application processing, and supervising a staff of six.
Anthony’s previous experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at Xilinx, Inc., a publicly traded semiconductor company, and Finance Manager at ASAP, Inc., a social-enterprise data management and web design business.
Anthony has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
