Jill Triwush

Jill Triwush is an advisor to Ecosa Capital. Ms. Triwush provides professional consulting in the areas of economic development, small business finance, strategic planning, marketing strategy, nonprofit fundraising and membership, real estate development, and commercial property management.


As Director of Strategic Development for CityWide Development Corporation in Ohio, Ms. Triwush planned and managed several economic development initiatives in information technology, advanced manufacturing and airport related development. She also developed the financing and managed the construction of The Entrepreneurs Center (TEC), a technology incubator facility.


Formerly a Vice President of Zions Bank in Utah for five years, Jill evaluated and purchased small business loans from independent banks in a 27-state territory. While at Zions, she also managed the minority and women-owned small business loan department.


Previously, Ms. Triwush took the Phoenix Local Development Company from under the city government to a private, non-profit SBA 504 development company, developing 1000 contacts and increasing loan production by 35% in the first year. Earlier in her career, Jill worked for development companies in Ohio, handling all details including program marketing and event planning; loan origination, closing and servicing; and grant writing, administration and reporting.


She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (honors) in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and is certified as an Economic Development Professional by the National Development Council.
